What is the battery life of a Bumpboxx?
Most Bumpboxx models feature a high-capacity lithium-ion battery that provides between 8 to 12 hours of continuous playtime depending on volume levels and usage.
Does my Bumpboxx come with a warranty?
Yes, all new units come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I connect multiple speakers together?
Many of our newer models feature TWS (True Wireless Stereo) technology, allowing you to sync two units together for a massive, multi-speaker soundstage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Are the speakers water-resistant?
While our speakers are built for durability, they are not fully waterproof. We recommend keeping them away from direct exposure to rain or splashing to protect the internal electronics.
