Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Bumpboxx in its original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the unit upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
